Games currently take place in New Rochelle and Yonkers. Metro Sports League currently has indoor and outdoor soccer available with more sports being adding in the near future in the Westchester area. What is Metro Sports League?
Metro Sports League is Westchester's newest adult social sports league! Our aim is to offer a semi-competitive and fun environment for people who love being active and playing sports and want to play in an organized league with other passionate players.

Is There an Age Requirement?
​
You must be 18 years or older in order to participate in Metro Sports Leagues.

What Days Do Games Take Place?

-Indoor Co-Ed Soccer - Thursdays 7pm-9pm from April 17th - June 12th

-Outdoor Men's Soccer - Wednesdays from 8pm-9pm from June 25th - August 13th

What Offerings are Available?
​
Our offering for Summer 2025 will consist of a 5v5 Co-Ed Indoor TURBO Soccer League, and an 8v8 Men's Outdoor Soccer League. More information is available by clicking "Register" at the top of the page. You can sign up here to be notified when new sports are added.

How Many Players Can Be On A Team?
​
Depending on the sport and current season, different sports will require different team structures. For more information on the number of players for an official sport, please check the registration page for that sport.

How Do Playoffs Work?
​
All teams participate in at least one playoff game. Guests are not permitted for playoff games and only registered teammates can participate. Due to field scheduling beyond our control, playoff games may take place on days that are different from the regular season and may include multiple days in one week. ​​​​​​​​
